Find the transaction in your wallet and copy its hash.

Look it up on a block explorer. Confirm it is confirmed, not pending or dropped.

Check the destination matches the address we showed, character for character.

Check the network is the one that bankroll uses.

Reload the wallet screen.

Still missing

Send the transaction hash, the coin, the network, and the address you sent to through live support from the menu. The hash is the only thing that lets us trace it.
